Vegetable Beef Bone Broth Soup

Garlic Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients:

  • 2 heads of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1⁄4 cup macadamia milk
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt
  • 1⁄2 stick vegan butter
  • 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions:

1. Place cauliflower in a large pot, and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until soft.
2. Drain water. Add milk, butter, and spices.
3. Use an immersion blender and blend until smooth and fluffy.
