Pumpkin Spice Crispy Treats

Ingredients:

• 4 cups Dandies mini marshmallows
• 6 cups organic brown rice crisp cereal
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1/8 cup pumpkin puree
• 3 Tbsp butter or vegan butter alternative

Instructions:

1. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium-low heat, add marshmallows. Stir until melted.
2. Mix in pumpkin, cinnamon, and pie spice until combined.
3. Stir in cereal until uniformly coated.
4. Using parchment paper or a spatula, evenly press cereal mixture into a greased 9×13-in baking dish.
5. Allow to cool. Cut into squares and enjoy!
