Ingredients
:
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen organic
blueberries
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup raw
apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup raw
honey
1/2 Tbsp fresh grated organic
ginger
Instructions
:
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until liquefied.
Pour into a glass jar, seal and place in fridge for 1-2 days before serving. Over time the vinegar flavor will lessen.
Serve about 2 tablespoons in a glass of sparkling water, or to taste. Try drinking before meals as a digestive primer.
