Baked Halibut

  • 1.5 lbs halibut fillets
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place fish and asparagus in a single layer on the baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
  3. Spread garlic on top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Parmesan.
  4. Bake 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, serve with lemon wedges.
