Lamb Bacon Naan Pizza

  • 1 package mini naan
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp pesto
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 c Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 8 slices lamb bacon


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F
  2. Brush one side of each naan with the olive oil, bake in preheated oven about 5 minutes.
  3. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until done, about 5 minutes, flipping halfway through. Drain fat and blot with paper towels, if desired.
  4. Mix remaining olive oil, pesto, cumin, cayenne, and pepper flakes in a small bowl. Divide and spread mixture evenly over each naan pizza.
  5. Top with mozzarella, olives and red onions. Place two bacon slices on each pizza.
  6. Bake 7-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Makes 4 mini pizzas
