Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9 inch baking dish with butter.
  2. Mix together pears, maple syrup, vanilla, cornstarch, 1 tsp cinnamon, and sea salt. Layer in baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, stir together sugar, flour, oats, melted butter, spices, and sea salt. Sprinkle over the pears.
  4. Bake 30 minutes, or until filling is tender and bubbly. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
