Vegan Coconut Whip
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Refrigerate coconut milk in the can overnight.
Place metal mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer 1 hour before preparation.
Scoop out coconut cream solids, sweetener, and vanilla in the chilled bowl.
Beat on high with chilled beaters until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
Makes 1 1/2 Cups
