Grandma’s Apple-Pear Cranberry Sauce

- 1 lb fresh or frozen cranberries (about two bags)
- 2 apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 pear, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp grated orange peel
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1⁄4 tsp nutmeg
Place everything in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 45 minutes.
Serve warm or refrigerate 4 hours and serve chilled.
