• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, vegan Greek yogurt, or skyr
• 1/4 cup whipping cream or coconut cream if using vegan yogurt
• 1 Tbsp honey, or sweetener of choice to taste
- Place metal mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer 1 hour before preparation.
- Place yogurt, whipping cream, and honey in the chilled bowl.
- Beat on high with chilled beaters until peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
