Sangria is of Spanish origin, a beverage combining wine, rum, and abundant fresh fruit as a delicious and refreshing appetizer. Our White Sangria recipe is unique in using white wine varietals, and white rum as the base of the beverage
In a small saucepan, heat sugar, water, and the slices of 1 nectarine. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Strain the syrup.
Place remaining nectarines, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries in a large pitcher. Add wine, pineapple juice, rum, triple sec, and nectarine syrup to taste. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve over ice.
