Ingredients
:
1 head
cauliflower
, chopped into florets
4
cloves
garlic, minced
1 Tbsp fresh
lemon
juice
1/4 cup
olive oil
1/2 cup
Parmesan, grated
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, toss together all ingredients until evenly coated.
Spread in a single layer on baking sheet.
Roast about 25 minutes, or until florets can be pierced with a fork and are golden brown. Flip halfway through.
