Cauliflower 1 head cauliflower 1 Tbsp olive oil ½ Tbsp baking powder ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp cayenne (optional) ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) ¼ tsp sea salt
Buffalo Sauce 2 Tbsp butter or vegan butter 1 Tbsp honey or agave ¼ cup hot sauce (We used sriracha)
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment. Chop cauliflower into florets. Toss with olive oil. In a small bowl, whisk together baking powder, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, red pepper flakes, and sea salt. Sprinkle over cauliflower, toss until evenly coated. Spread cauliflower in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes, turning once after 10 minutes. While cauliflower is baking, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in honey and hot sauce. Cook until bubbly. Toss cauliflower in buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Return to baking sheet, and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until done.
