Hannah's Thai-Inspired Slaw

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp chia seeds
• 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
• Pinch sea salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Sugar, honey, or liquid stevia, to taste
Fresh berries, for serving

Instructions:

1. Place cocoa powder, chia seeds, almond milk, sea salt, and vanilla in a medium bowl. Whisk until cocoa powder is dissolved.
2. Add sweetener to taste.
3. Refrigerate covered at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
4. Serve with fresh berries.
