Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. In a second small bowl, whisk egg. In a third bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley and garlic granules.
  3. Dredge oysters in flour mixture, dip in eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs. Place on a greased 15x10x1 inch baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, flip oysters, and bake another 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.
