  • 1 boneless beef brisket, (2.5-3 lbs)
  • 3/4 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 3 Tbs onion soup mix
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Mix wine with Braggs, onion soup mix, salt & pepper.
  2. Put brisket in the slow cooker.
  3. Pour wine mixture over the top and cook on either high (4 hrs.) or low (8 hrs.)
