Vegan Ranch Dressing

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup vegenaise
• 1/4 cup whole fat coconut milk
• 2 Tbsp shallot, chopped
• 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
• 1 Tbsp dill, chopped
• 1 clove garlic, smashed
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp dried chives
• 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions:

1. Put all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and emulsified. Taste dressing, adjust seasoning if desired.
