Garlic-Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
:
1 lb
red
,
yellow
or
purple
potatoes, quartered
2 Tbsp
olive oil
3 cloves
garlic
, chopped
2 sprigs
fresh rosemary
, chopped
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment.
Toss all ingredients in a small bowl.
Spread out in a single layer on baking sheet.
Bake until potatoes can be easily pierced with a fork, about 30 minutes.
