Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, packed (approx 1 bunch Sally’s basil)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with fresh tomatoes, on pasta salad, or as a marinade for chicken or fish. Enjoy!
