Guacamole

Ingredients:

• 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
• 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
• 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
• 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. Scoop avocado into a medium sized bowl. Mash with a fork to desired consistency.
2. Fold in remaining ingredients until combined. Serve with tortilla chips
