Instructions:

  1. Slice squash into half inch pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat. Sauté squash about 5 minutes.
  3. Add maple syrup, cinnamon, cayenne, and salt. Toss until squash is coated.
  4. Cover and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Serve warm.

Serves: 2-3
