Garlic Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients:

• ⅓ cup organic old fashioned rolled oats or swiss muesili
• ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 Tbsp nut butter
• ½ cup milk or non-dairy milk
• ½ cup sliced fresh fruit
Honey, to taste

Instructions:

1. Mix oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, nut butter, and milk in a small bowl or jar.

2. Refrigerate covered overnight, or up to five days.
3. Top with fresh fruit and drizzle with honey just before serving.
