Ingredients:
4 oz grapefruit juice, fresh squeezed (About 1 medium grapefruit)
1 oz lime juice, fresh squeezed (About 1 lime)
1 oz simple syrup (or to taste)
(Optional) Sparkling water or club soda
Instructions:
- Pour grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and tequila (if using) into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled.
- Divide into 2 12 oz glasses over ice. Top with sparkling water. Serve with a wedge of lime. Enjoy!
