Ingredients:

  • 2 mangoes, peeled and pitted
  • 6 tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 red onion, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 bunch cilantro, stems chopped off
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • 1 or 2 serrano or jalapeño peppers, if desired
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Toss all ingredients into a blender, blend until desired consistency.
