Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 jalapeño or cherry bomb pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Place mango, jalapeño, onion, and cilantro in a bowl.
  2. Add lime juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Gently toss to coat.
  3. Enjoy with tortilla chips, grilled chicken, or fish.
