Mango Lassi With Kefir
Mango Lassi is a refreshing drink made with fruit, sweetened yogurt and spices. Our version uses Kefir, a more liquid form of cultured milk.
Ingredients:
- 1 large, ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 ½ cups plain kefir
- 5 ice cubes
- 2 Tbsp honey, or to taste
- ½ tsp cinnamon, ground
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg, ground
- ⅛ tsp cardamom (1 pod, ground)
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. Taste, and adjust spices if desired.
Serves 2 (12 oz) Servings
