Tzatziki
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ English cucumber, finely shredded and excess water squeezed out
- 3 garlic cloves, smashed and minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill, minced (or 1 tsp dried dill)
- Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to mingle before serving.
