- 1 cup watermelon, ½-inch dice
- ½ cup mango, ½-inch dice
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 serrano pepper (or to taste), seeded and minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- In a medium bowl, toss together all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips or top grilled fish.
