Watermelon Salsa

Ingredients:

• 1 cup watermelon, ½-inch dice
• ½ cup mango, ½-inch dice
• ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
• 3 Tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
• 1 serrano pepper (or to taste), seeded and minced
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, toss together all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips or top grilled fish.
