Garlic Cauliflower Mash

 
 

 

 

Tzatziki

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ English cucumber, finely shredded and excess water squeezed out
  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed and minced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill, minced (or 1 tsp dried dill)
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste

 

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to mingle before serving.

 

Makes 4 servings
