- ¼ cup – ½ cup blue cheese (Gorgonzola, Roquefort, Stilton, ect)
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp garlic granules
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt, or to taste
- In a bowl, crumble cheese with a fork.
- Mix in remaining ingredients, tasting before adding salt. Adjust seasonings as desired. For a thinner dressing, add a splash of milk.
Makes about 8 oz dressing
