  • ¼ cup – ½ cup blue cheese (Gorgonzola, Roquefort, Stilton, ect)
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic granules
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt, or to taste


  1. In a bowl, crumble cheese with a fork.
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients, tasting before adding salt. Adjust seasonings as desired. For a thinner dressing, add a splash of milk.

Makes about 8 oz dressing
