Get ready to tantalize your taste buds with this spicy and refreshing Habanero Pineapple Mocktail! First, whip up a zesty Habanero Simple Syrup by simmering habanero peppers, organic cane sugar, and water until it’s slightly thickened. Once cooled and strained, it’s time to mix the magic. Combine lime juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, Wilderton’s Lustre Botanical Spirit, and your homemade habanero syrup in a shaker with ice, then shake it up until it’s perfectly chilled. Pour it over ice, garnish with lime wedges, and get ready to sip on a mocktail that’s bursting with tropical flavors and just the right kick of heat. Cheers to a mocktail that’s sweet, spicy, and oh-so-satisfying! This recipe serves two, so you can share the deliciousness or double it up for yourself – we won’t judge!
