- 1 whole pineapple, cored
- 4 strawberries
- ½ cup organic margarita mix
- 6 ice cubes
- ½ cup ginger beer (for a cocktail try rum or tequila)
- Place all ingredients into the blender with ice except ginger beer. Blend until smooth.
