Hannah's Thai-Inspired Slaw



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch x 4-inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, and cloves.
  3. To the dry ingredients, add sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla, zucchini, and chocolate chips. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake about 55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool on a rack for about 15 minutes, then remove from the pan. Enjoy!
