Baked Artichoke Dip
Baked Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 (14.5 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 6 oz cheese, shredded (We used mozzarella and pepper jack)
- 1 (4oz) can green chilies, drained and chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients together into a medium bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings if desired.
- Scrape into an 8×8-inch baking dish and smooth into an even layer. Bake 30-40 minutes or until warmed through. Serve warm with crusty bread, veggies, or potato chips.
