1 (14.5 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
6 oz cheese, shredded (We used mozzarella and pepper jack)
1 (4oz) can green chilies, drained and chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients together into a medium bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings if desired.
Scrape into an 8×8-inch baking dish and smooth into an even layer. Bake 30-40 minutes or until warmed through. Serve warm with crusty bread, veggies, or potato chips.
