Recipe Ceviche

 Baked Artichoke Dip

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.5 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 6 oz cheese, shredded (We used mozzarella and pepper jack)
  • 1 (4oz) can green chilies, drained and chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together into a medium bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings if desired.
  3. Scrape into an 8×8-inch baking dish and smooth into an even layer. Bake 30-40 minutes or until warmed through. Serve warm with crusty bread, veggies, or potato chips.
