This vegan Chocolate Fondue recipe features organic fair trade chocolate and rich coconut milk that creates a creamy, chocolatey dipping experience.

Ham & Cannellini Bean Soup


  • 5 oz semisweet chocolate chips, or your favorite chocolate bars, chopped.
  • 1/4 cup full fat canned coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 or 6 seedless mandarins, peeled and divided into wedges.


  1. Over low heat in a small saucepan, combine chocolate, coconut milk and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Transfer to a small slow cooker or fondue pot to keep warm.
  2. Serve with mandarins.
