Hummus
Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup raw tahini
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ⅛ tsp coriander
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- ⅛ tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Alternatively, you may mash with a fork or potato masher for a slightly chunky texture. Taste, and adjust seasonings if desired.
