Recipe Sangria

 

Hummus

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup raw tahini
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • ⅛ tsp coriander
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ⅛ tsp smoked paprika

 

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Alternatively, you may mash with a fork or potato masher for a slightly chunky texture. Taste, and adjust seasonings if desired.

 

Makes about 4 Servings
