Country Pork Ribs with BBQ Sauce
This recipe is for slow-baked country style pork ribs. It starts with 2-3 pounds of ribs, seasoned with a homemade dry rub made from brown sugar, kosher salt, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, mustard powder, and black pepper. The ribs are wrapped in foil and baked at a low temperature (250°F) for two hours. After this, the ribs are unwrapped, brushed with BBQ sauce, and baked uncovered for an additional hour to achieve tenderness. The recipe serves 4-5 people.
